From March 24-30, I used the Colourpop I Think I Love You palette. After using the very colorful Makeup Revolution palette last week, I was ready for some neutral looks. This palette really fit the bill and is a go-to for me on days when I really don’t have the time to think too hard about a look.
What I love about this palette is that you can start out with the mattes, building a bit of a gradient from the lightest all over the lid, then deepening the crease to the outer corner with the browns and adding in the black when you want a deeper look. Then, you pick your shimmer(s) and you’re done!
I honestly can say that I love every shade in this palette. This was my first experience with Colourpop pressed shadows, and I was very happy with my purchase.
I think a good neutral, everyday palette is a staple to have, and this is the one I reach for the most because it has everything I need to create any “basic” look, but these beautiful metallics take those looks up a notch.
A quick note on my One Week, One Palette series: I’ve decided that I’m going to be posting the palette reviews for the week the Tuesday after I’ve finished using them, since I need some time to write up the post. I will now be posting the remaining “backlogged” palette reviews on Wednesdays and Fridays until I’m all caught up.
Thanks for reading my review of the I Think I Love You palette. What’s your favorite Colourpop palette so far? Share in the comments!
